What should be paid attention to when processing stainless steel hollow balls
2023-10-09 452

Operation area: The stainless steel hollow ball processing area should be relatively fixed. The channels in the stainless steel hollow ball operation area should adopt epidemic prevention measures such as laying rubber plates. Strengthen the positioning management and civilized production of the stainless steel hollow ball operation area to prevent damage to stainless steel plates and environmental pollution. Cutting: Stainless steel plate parts are cut using cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, cutting machines, etc. Cutting: When cutting, it should be protected by the feeding support frame, and the feeding bin should also be laid with rubber plates to prevent scratches. Plasma cutting machine: After the plasma cutting machine, the cutting slag should be cleaned. When a large amount of laser cutting is carried out, the site should be promptly treated to prevent cutting slag from polluting the workpiece.

Cutting materials: When cutting materials, adhesive maintenance should be carried out for clamping, and oil stains, deposits, etc. in the product workpiece should be removed after cutting. Mechanical processing and manufacturing: Mechanical processing and manufacturing of stainless steel hollow balls and milling in the room also need to pay attention to safety protection. The surface of the workpiece should be cleaned of oil stains, iron pins, and other dirt during work. Forming production and processing: Effective measures should be taken in the bending process of sheet metal and sheet metal to avoid scratches and wrinkles on the appearance of stainless steel plates. Riveting welding: When assembling stainless steel plates, forced assembly should be avoided as much as possible, especially to prevent the installation of fire ovens. If a plasma cutting machine is temporarily selected, epidemic prevention measures should be taken to prevent environmental pollution from other stainless steel plate parts. Environmental pollution after laser cutting. After laser cutting, the slag in the product workpiece should be cleaned up.

Welding: Before welding stainless steel plates, dirt such as oil, rust, and dust should be carefully removed. When welding, try to choose argon arc welding as much as possible. When choosing arc welding, choose low current and fast welding to prevent shaking. Arc striking is prohibited in general welding areas, and the grounding wire should be in a moderate position and firmly connected to prevent electric arc scratches. Measures to prevent splashing should be taken during welding (such as brushing lime). After welding, thoroughly remove slag and spatter with a stainless steel plate (carbon steel cannot be selected) shovel. Multi layer welding: During multi layer welding, the solid layer slag must be cleaned. When multi-layer welding, the interlayer temperature should be controlled, generally not exceeding 60 ℃.

Welding: Welding joints should be ground, and the welding surface should not have defects such as slag, air holes, misalignment, splashing, cracks, non melting, and non welding. Welding should be smoothly connected to the raw material and not lower than the raw material. Correction: The correction of stainless steel hollow balls should try to avoid flame heating, especially in the same area where continuous heating is not possible. When correcting, try to choose electronic devices or use a mallet (rubber hammer) or rubber pad to strike. It is strictly prohibited to strike with a hammer to avoid damaging the stainless steel plate. Transportation: During the processing and transportation of stainless steel hollow balls, transportation tools such as automobiles, electric vehicles, or overhead cranes should be used, And measures for cleaning, isolation, and protection should be taken to prevent dust, oil stains, and rust from contaminating the stainless steel plate. Immediate delay in the industry or on the road is prohibited, and collisions and scratches are prohibited.
